Work week view (Pro)

What Work Week view does
The standard Week view shows all seven days. Work Week view trims that down to just the days you actually work, so your grid only shows the days that matter. Fewer columns, bigger columns, less noise.
You decide which days count. Monday to Friday is the default, but the setting is yours: a four-day week, Sunday to Thursday, or any other combination. This is useful when your clients run on different schedules, or when your week simply does not look like everyone else's.
Work Week view is a Pro feature. On the Free plan you can still use the full Month, Week, and Day views. If you want the trimmed-down grid, upgrade to Pro on the checkout page.
Step 1: Open Settings
Open manyCalendars and click the settings gear in the top right. Like everything else in the extension, this setting lives in your browser. Nothing is saved to a server, and no account sync is involved.
Step 2: Pick your work days
In Settings, find the Work week section. You will see a toggle for each day of the week, Monday through Sunday.
Turn on the days you work and turn off the days you do not. You can select any combination, and the days do not need to be consecutive. If you work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, select exactly those four.
Changes apply immediately. There is no save button to hunt for.
Step 3: Switch to Work Week view
Go back to your calendar and use the view switcher in the topbar, the same control you use to move between Month, Week, and Day. Select Work Week.
The grid redraws to show only your selected days. Color coding, conflict detection, and event details all work exactly as they do in the full Week view, just without the days you excluded.
Tip: Work Week view hides non-working days from the grid, but it does not delete anything. Events on hidden days still exist, still count toward conflict detection, and reappear the moment you switch back to Week or Month view.
Common questions
Does this change my underlying calendars? No. Work Week view is a display setting inside manyCalendars. Your Google, Outlook, and other source calendars are never modified.
Can I set different work weeks per calendar? Not currently. The work week setting applies to the unified view as a whole. If your clients run on different schedules, select every day you work for any client.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro? Your day selection is kept locally, but the Work Week option in the view switcher is disabled until you are back on Pro. The Month, Week, and Day views keep working as normal.
