Quick Tip: Checking Which Tab Titles Are Visible Before Sharing

Tab titles tell on you
When you share your screen, every open tab title is visible to everyone on the call. Even if you are sharing a specific window, the Zoom or Teams toolbar often shows your browser tab bar in the background. And if you share your full screen, there it is in plain view.
A tab titled "manyCalendars" or "Calendar Sync - 3 Calendars" is an instant conversation starter. People are curious. They will ask what it is. And then you are explaining multi-calendar management in a meeting that was supposed to be about something else entirely.
The 3-second fix
Before clicking "Share Screen," glance at your tab bar. If you see the manyCalendars tab, toggle Privacy Mode on (Settings, Appearance, Privacy Mode). The tab title changes to a plain, generic "Calendar." Three seconds, and no client's details are on the tab bar.
Or, even simpler: leave Privacy Mode on by default. Set "Enable Privacy Mode on startup" in your manyCalendars settings and forget about it. Your tab just reads "Calendar" all the time, and never hints at how many clients you are juggling.
