Quick Tip: Find Your Next Meeting Join Link in One Click

The video icon on events
When manyCalendars detects a video call link in an event's description or location field, it displays a small video camera icon on that event. Click the icon and it opens the join link directly in a new tab. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex: manyCalendars recognizes all major video conferencing platforms automatically.
No more opening the calendar app, clicking into the event details, scrolling through the description to find the link, and then clicking it. One icon. One click. You are in the meeting.
Where it helps most
This feature is especially useful when you are switching between clients. Your 10 AM is a Zoom call for Client A. Your 10:30 is a Teams call for Client B. Instead of navigating to two different calendar apps to find two different join links, you see both events in manyCalendars's unified view, each with its video icon ready to go. Click, join, switch context, click, join. The transition time drops from 60 seconds of hunting to about 2 seconds of clicking.
It also shows up in the daily briefing popup, so your morning triage doubles as a join link inventory. One glance and you know how to get into every call on today's schedule.
Never hunt for a link again
It is a small feature, but it removes a small frustration that happens multiple times per day. Over a week, that adds up. Install manyCalendars for free and click the camera icon instead of digging through invite descriptions like it is 2019.
