Three signals, one glance
manyCalendars gives you three levels of conflict visibility, each designed for a different speed of review.
The topbar conflict count is your first signal. It shows the total number of scheduling conflicts across all your calendars. If that number is zero, your day is clean. If it is not, you know immediately that something needs attention.
The sidebar conflict counts tell you which calendars are involved. Each calendar in the sidebar shows how many conflicts it is part of. This lets you quickly narrow down which clients or roles have overlapping commitments without scanning the entire grid.
The red outline on events shows you exactly where the conflict is. Conflicting events get a red border directly on the calendar grid, plus an exclamation badge. Even in a packed week view, they stand out visually.
The morning review workflow
Build this into your morning routine. Open manyCalendars. Check the topbar number. If it is zero, you are good. If it is not, glance at the sidebar to see which calendars are involved, then scroll to the red-outlined events to see the specifics. The whole check takes about 10 seconds.
Catching a conflict at 8 AM gives you hours to reschedule gracefully. Catching it at 1:58 PM gives you two minutes to panic. The conflict badge exists so you catch problems early, when they are still easy to fix.
