Quick Tip: Sharing Availability in a Client's Timezone

Switch the timezone before you copy
When you open the availability modal in manyCalendars, there is a timezone dropdown at the top. By default, it shows your local timezone. Before copying your availability to share with an international client, switch this dropdown to their timezone.
The times convert automatically. If you are free from 2:00 to 4:00 PM Eastern and your client is in London, the availability output will show 7:00 to 9:00 PM GMT. No mental arithmetic. No accidentally offering a 3 AM meeting slot.
Why this prevents headaches
Timezone confusion is one of the most common sources of scheduling friction in cross-border work. The follow-up email that asks "is that your time or mine?" adds a round-trip delay to every scheduling conversation. When you present availability already converted to the other person's timezone, there is nothing to clarify. They see times in their own frame of reference and pick one.
Small detail. Big time saver. Especially if you work with clients across multiple timezones and send availability several times a week.
Speaking of saving time on things you do several times a week: if you are still doing timezone math in your head, let manyCalendars do the conversion. Your brain has better things to calculate.
