Quick Tip: Why Busy Blocks Should Never Have Details

The rule is simple
When you block time on a client calendar to protect a commitment on another calendar, the blocked event should show "Busy" and absolutely nothing else. No title. No description. No location. No attendees.
A block titled "Acme Corp standup" on your other client's calendar is an information leak. It tells that client who else you work with, what kind of meetings you attend, and when you are engaged elsewhere. Even something as innocent as "Doctor's appointment" reveals personal information you may not want on a corporate calendar.
manyCalendars handles this by default
When you create a cross-calendar block in manyCalendars, it defaults to "Busy" with no additional details. One click. No title field to forget to clear. No description that accidentally carries over from the source event. The block shows up on the target calendar as a simple unavailable slot, which is all anyone on that calendar needs to see.
This is not a feature we added because it seemed clever. It is a deliberate default because the alternative is too risky.
