Quick Tip: Using the Daily Briefing Popup for Quick Triage

What the popup shows
Click the manyCalendars extension icon in your browser toolbar and the daily briefing popup appears. It displays today's events from all connected calendars in chronological order, with each event color-coded to its source calendar. Conflicts are highlighted with the same red outline you see on the full calendar grid. Video call join links are surfaced as clickable icons next to each event.
The 30-second morning check
Open the popup. Scan for red. If you see conflicts, decide which meeting to keep and which to move. Check the next few hours for join links so you know how to get into each call. Close the popup. You are done.
This is the fastest way to get a complete picture of your day without opening the full calendar view. It is designed for triage, not deep planning. Need to block time or rearrange events? Open the full view. Need to confirm you are not double-booked at 10 AM? The popup takes about three seconds.
